I. Warranty Period
All HIKEMOON products include a one-year limited warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.

II. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal and intended use. We do not cover issues caused by non-human factors beyond normal product performance, including the following situations:
- Improper use, misuse, abuse, accidents, or rough handling
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear from regular use, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by improper storage, maintenance, or care
- Products purchased through unofficial or unauthorized channels
- Inability to provide valid proof of purchase
- Second-hand products, promotional items, gifts, or products outside the warranty period

III. Warranty Process
Please keep your proof of purchase, provide photos or videos of the issue, and contact support@hikemoon.com. Our support team will review your request and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following options:• A replacement of the same model• An exchange for another product of equal value• A full or partial refund
