Understanding Your Warranty with Hikemoon: Peace of Mind with Your Products

  • I. Warranty Period

    All HIKEMOON products include a one-year limited warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.

  • II. Warranty Coverage

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal and intended use, including non-human-caused issues such as frame breakage, wheel detachment, or handle malfunction.

    We do not cover issues caused by non-human factors beyond normal product performance, including the following situations:

    • Improper use, misuse, abuse, accidents, or rough handling
    • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
    • Damage caused by improper storage, maintenance, or care
    • Products purchased through unofficial or unauthorized channels
    • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase
    • Second-hand products, promotional items, gifts, or products outside the warranty period
  • III. Warranty Process

    Please keep your proof of purchase, provide photos or videos of the issue, and contact support@hikemoon.com.
    Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution within 48 hours.

    Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following options:

    • A replacement of the same model

    • An exchange for another product of equal value

    • A full or partial refund
