  • Certain products, such as customized items or those marked “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, size, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
