- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
